Tackling Graduate Unemployment: A Theoretical Framework

Youth unemployment is a growing, global issue with regions of the Muslim world being particularly exposed to problem. This paper examines sub-set this issue; graduate unemployment. In particular it seeks understand role student aspirations, knowledge and motivation in tackling issue. The draws on Islamic literature develop theoretical framework ‘Uluww-al-himmah, high-aiming Rajaa, true hope.
